VICTORIA (BC) – Fast Movn, a Canadian technology company with operational infrastructure in Brazil, Canada, and Spain, announces the acquisition of :hiperstream, a platform specializing in technology for managing the customer’s financial journey. The integration creates a unique market approach, uniting mission-critical technology with data intelligence through AI-powered algorithms.
“Financial communication and billing are the most sensitive touchpoints in the relationship between companies and customers. Our mission at Fast Movn is to transform these processes, once purely administrative, into strategic assets for engagement and business conversion,” says Danilo Pecorari, CEO of Fast Movn and financial journey specialist.
Global Expansion and Investment
The new structure accelerates the company’s internationalization, with a projected investment of $5 million USD over the next two years. The strategic plan includes hiring 15 new employees by the end of 2026 and establishing a development lab in Canada.
The foundation for this growth was made possible by the VIATEC BOOST program in Victoria, BC. “The support from VIATEC and the funding provided by Pacific Economic Development Canada gave us the foundation to accelerate our steps as a Canadian company with global reach. Without this support, this merger would not have been possible,” highlights Todd Hooge, President of North American Operations. Hooge reinforces that the initial focus is the Americas, with expansion plans for the Asian market in the coming years.
Data Intelligence and Planning
To ensure an agile integration, Fast Movn—recognized and accelerated by several international innovation programs—utilized the Santander X 100 Xcanner program to plan every stage of the acquisition implementation, including financial planning, cultural integration, intellectual property, and brand strategies.
“The combination of these internal and external expertises allows us to intelligently explore the potential of the financial journey, applying automation and AI to generate real value and operational efficiency,” concludes Almir Carrion, Founder and Head of Product & Innovation at Fast Movn.
